What we do
We provide housing and support to young people who leave Local Authority Care. The Young people are between 16 and 25 years old and have normally been 'Looked After' prior to joining us. Young people are normally referred to us because they are ready to make the transition from dependence to independence.
Why we need you
The odds are stacked against young people leaving care. Helping them become independent is vital to ensure they keep a roof over their heads and prepare them to manage their future homes. Young people gain little or no experience of being independent before they have to do it for real, on their own. We need landlords to provide us with accommodation where we can support young people to become independent.
What we can offer you
Over 17 years of combined experience, ensuring that we have the highest standards.
The tenancy is in the name of our company and we are fully responsible for the rent which is paid by standing order every month.
Guaranteed rent.
We complete weekly health and safety checks on the property.
We ensure the property is returned at the end of the tenancy in good order.
What we need from you
A satisfactory gas certificate
A satisfactory EICR Certificate
A minimum rating E on the Energy Performance Certificate
